Before You Book a Consultation: What Actually Happens in the First Conversation

People sometimes hesitate before booking a first conversation, not because they don't want support, but because they're not sure what they're signing up for. So here's exactly what happens.

The introductory conversation is 15 minutes, free, with no obligation. It's not a sales call — it's a chance for us to actually talk, so I can understand a little about where you are and what's on your mind, and you can get a sense of whether this is the right kind of support for you.

If we go further, into a full Consultation, the approach doesn't start with advice. It starts with listening — carefully enough to understand not just the problem you came in with, but what's underneath it. From there, we look at your situation and your possibilities more clearly together, and you leave with an audio recording of the session and actionable suggestions, not just a good conversation.

There's no pressure to continue beyond that. Some people come for one Consultation and that's exactly what they needed. Others choose to go further, into Coaching or Mentoring. Either way, the fee from your Consultation is credited toward that path if you do.
