  1. Overview: These Terms of Service govern your use of the ASPIORI online store at aspiori.com, operated by Dragisa Jovanovic trading as ASPIORI (ABN 44 596 383 243), 51 Portland Street, Enfield NSW 2136, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
  2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  3. Products: We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product descriptions at any time. Colours may vary slightly from images due to screen settings. Natural materials such as wood, stone and crystal vary from piece to piece.
  4. Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to change prices without notice; the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
  5. Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred), in which case you will receive a full refund. Payment must be completed at checkout.
