REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At ASPIORI, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns: We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aspiori.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return: Email us at hello@aspiori.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items. For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: opened incense products, personal wellness items, and consumables.

Australian Consumer Law: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
