REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At ASPIORI, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change-of-mind returns: We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aspiori26@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, store credit or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.

How to request a return: Email aspiori26@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used for the order and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, so the return address can differ by product — please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refund processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: opened incense products, opened personal care and skincare products, and opened supplements or other consumables.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
