What Is Coaching?
Coaching is an ongoing guidance relationship focused on helping you translate awareness and realisation into conscious choices, practical action, and meaningful progress.
Through regular conversations, we explore what matters to you, identify challenges and opportunities, and work towards the changes you want to make.
Coaching is practical, personal, and responsive to your circumstances.
Listen

Explore
Examine possibilities, challenges and choices.

The Coaching Relationship
Coaching is designed around your circumstances and your goals.
A coaching relationship may continue for one to three months, with the frequency of conversations determined by what you need and what we agree on together.
Sessions may be scheduled up to three times a week when that level of support is appropriate.
The aim is not simply to solve today's problem, but to help you develop greater awareness, clarity, confidence, and capacity to act.
Coaching
Coaching arrangements are tailored to the individual's circumstances, needs, and agreed level of support.

A coaching relationship begins with a consultation to understand what you are seeking and determine whether Coaching is the right form of guidance for you.
Begin with a Consultation
Coaching isn't something you need to decide on before we understand your circumstances.
The first step is a consultation. From there, together we can determine whether ongoing Coaching would best support your journey.
What Is Guidance?
Guidance begins with understanding where you are today and where you would like to grow.
Every person's journey is unique. Rather than following a predetermined path, Guidance begins by listening, understanding your circumstances, and exploring the approach that best supports your goals.
Whether your next step is a consultation, coaching, or mentoring, Guidance is always centred on helping you apply awareness in meaningful ways.
Why Begin with a Consultation?
Every person arrives with a different story, different experiences, and different aspirations.
Rather than assuming what kind of support you need, we begin by listening.
A consultation gives us the opportunity to understand where you are today, what you hope to achieve, and the challenges or opportunities you may be facing.
From there, together we can determine the form of guidance that best supports your journey.
Listen
Every meaningful conversation begins by understanding your circumstances, experiences, and aspirations.
Explore
Together we explore possibilities, clarify priorities, and identify meaningful next steps.
Recommend
If ongoing guidance would be beneficial, we will discuss whether occasional consultations, coaching, or mentoring would best support your journey.
