8. Cancellation & Returns

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, products must be returned under our Returns Policy.
Returns must be in original, unused condition. Refunds are issued after inspection.

If a product is defective, contact support with photos. We may replace the item or issue a refund for your purchase after inspecting the return.

10. Vouchers & Discounts

Only one voucher per order.
Vouchers have no cash value.
If the voucher does not cover the full order, the balance must be paid using another method.
